The pictures are not clear. Looks very confusing.   Some times look like Ammania buccifera and some times a species of Alternanthera?

Dear Garg ji.  Your ID  seems to be correct .  However  one need to check all the morphological characters again  using the origimal specimen , as it is difficult to study the characters accurately  from the photographs.
