If anyone has seen a tree of this wonderful species in Chennai, could you please tell us where it is, so we can appreciate its beauty, even though we may not be able to grow a tree.
 I saw a huge tree in bloom at the Bot Gardens in Howrah in 1978, and one at Lalbaug in Bangalore.

I have read that it is mentioned in IIT Madras campus near some prof bungalow but couldn't find it. It is probably mentioned in the website Prakruti .
