Scientific Name:  Martynia annua
Common Name (Eng):  Devil's Claw
                       (Beng):  Baghnakh
Family:  Pedaliaceae
Flowering:  August-October

A hairy branched annual, common on roadside. Flowers are drooping, light pink or purple,
fox-glove shaped,ill-smelling.
Flowers favoured by Bees and Sunbirds.
Cattle do not eat this plant.
