The flower looks like Sarracenia flava but the pitchers are missing !!

Does look like Sarracenia flava in which after summer, leaves are not
present.

plant of bogs and damp areas, resembles ladies purse.`

This is not Utricularia mam for sure... I already saw that board on
the pic. May be some tiny Utricularias were there below and the label
was meant for them and not these bigger flowers.

There is one more option btw, Sarracenia alata!!
But cant confirm.
