This was clicked at Behrampura on the banks of the Chilika lake, Odisha in December 2021.

Guessing this to be Asparagus racemosus.

Requested to please validate.

Yes.  You are correct madam.   It is 'Shatavari" -  roots widely used in  herbal medicines for treatment of  upset stomach (dyspepsia), constipation, stomach spasms, and stomach ulcers. It is also used for fluid retention, pain, anxiety, cancer, diarrhea, bronchitis, tuberculosis, dementia, and diabetes  (?) and also as an aphrodisiac.
