It is hard to confirm without dissection but yes looks close to Eria spicata. Other similar looking flowers are E. bipunctata, E. bilobulata and Eria occidentalis.

We don't have bilobulata and occidentalis here and do not look like bipunctata.

Just because they are not reproted in past from Nepal, doesnt mean it is not possible to have them there. Both are on the other side of Gori Ganga river, then why not in Nepal!!

There is a thesis available online on revision of indian Eria. You can download that. One of the chapters has details of all species. I cant find the link but it was available on sodhganga website.
