Dr Rakesh Ji,
Thanks for suggested id.
On searching, it looks close to Convolvulus mauritanicus also.
This is just a suggested id.

Aarti

sorry to say

but except for te color of the flower nothing else matches

not the leaves: their shapes, interval between the leaves on the twig

not the trailing nature of the stems/twigs

and the flower petals themselves ... here its crisp thin tightly open

in the pictures in the links the petals are sort of blousy, folded, and periphery is not a tight circle as in the case presented.

I donot know what it can be  but its not matching what's showing in the links.

one thing i can think of that can cause such differences MAY be //possibly...
is all the pictures in the links are from nurseries, they may have been feeding ,, and pruning the stems,
to produce such tight rosettes of leaves
and such larger petals that are folding over.

AND continue to look inside the flower...looks a  bit different from the links

sorry

Dear all,
Can we check with Convolvulus sabatius?
Just a suggestion after a lot of searching.
The shape of the flower and its centre are looking quite close.
Garg Ji, do we need to check with Ron?
Regards,
Aarti
