Dear friends, ID please.
Habitat: sloping meadow
Habit: shrub, about 1 m high; ¿ flower ? about  6 - 8 mm across

May be Thalictrum secundum (T. pauciflorum Royle) but not very sure.

I pursued keys in Flora of Pakistan
Yes, appears close to Thalictrum platycarpum Hook.f. & Thoms. as per FOP illustration and GBIF- specimen rather than Thalictrum cultratum Wall. as per FoP illustration and GBIF - specimen and Thalictrum elegans Wall. ex Royle as per FoP illustration.
