II, 27: 395 (1955).

Distribution: Trop. & Subtrop. Asia to W. Pacific

Note: Dr. Almeida in Flora of Maharastra writes this as a synonym of
Eulophia nuda which is wrong. He has even cited the authors of this
species wrongly among the synonyms. Correct author citation is,
Eulophia spectabilis (Dennst.) Suresh published in 1988 is based on a
basionym Wolfia spectabilis Dennst., Schlüssel Hortus Malab.: 38
(1818), whereas Eulophia nuda Lindl. was published in 1833. So
following ICBN Vienna code according ti priority of publication
Eulophia spectabilis should have been the correct name for this plant.

Regards
Pankaj
