This was clicked at a Kumbhargaon, Bhigwan near Pune, MH in November 2021.

This seems to be Senna auriculata.

Requested to please validate.

[Mahadeswara]

One of the indigenous tanniferous plants used in tanning industry.  Also a very important medicinal herb.  I began my research career with this plant when I joined one of the National labs  decades back.  I studied on its phyto-chemistry related to tannnins and their extract.
