The plant with leaves looks like a climber on this tree.  Is this climber like plant part of the tree or different ?   Please post the picture of the branch  attached to this tree and also the close up of the  leaves,

This is an entiresly  different plant species belonging to  Rutaceae : Phellodendron.    Nothing to do with the Philodendron  sps of Araceae.    For details please check this link:
