Dear All
Its a species of Parochetus communis or any another species of Parochetus.
On leaves of Parochetus communis black and yellow lines are present on the attach plant the black line is followed by red line.
Recorded from Near Jang village in Tawang Dist of Arunachal Pradesh

Parochetus communis or commonly Shamrock Pea I have seen them in Himalayas too generally found near the water bodies,
