Westernghats Endemic. Place: Nandi Hills.
If some can tell me the tree in which it is perched, I will be greatful. They love this fruit and once the fruiting season begins, there is a very good chance of spotting this species close by.
The year 2007 for me cannot end better than this. I am amazed to photograph this beauty on Saturday.
I am attaching a bigger picture to show its beauty which is seldom seen by birder as these are canopy avian.
