ID Request for HP Flora

I came across this particular fragile plant at around 2000mtrs in Dharamshala HP. Please help me with the identification.

This is Cerastium fontanum, a very common species in Western Himalayas, a
member of Caryophyllaceae.

I think this Sticky cheekweed
Cerastium glomeratum  But as Gurcharan ji has said it can be Cerastium fontanum
I had seen the same in Jun 2009 in Manali during my Spiti trip

Dear Satish ji
Cerastium glomeratum and C. fontanum specimens were included under C. vulgatum in FBI. C. glomeratum has flowers in dense head like clusters.
