please help me to identify the following species

Species for Identification -

loaction - Barot ,Mandi District,Himachal Pradesh

Altitude- 2800-3000m

Date 21- August-2017

Any flowers please, not easy to guess without flowers..may be Artemisia/any Apiaceae memeber or anything

It is Artmisia only, the plant is widely cultivated in A.P
