I am thinking this is a member of Crassulaceae - perhaps Rosularia ???

Location : Zara Valley, Ladakh

Elevation : 5000m.
Date : 3 August 2020

Habit : dry rocky habitat

This plant certainly belongs to Rhodiola, probably Rhodiola tibetica.

Of these Rhodiola crenulata appears to be the closest but I am still doubtful of the id, as per GBIF specimen 1 specimen 2
