I am a bit skeptical about the ID.  Are the both posts from same ID?
I guess the later post look like Rubus macilentus Cambess. (accepted name).
Thank you.

Last image may be of some other species from different plant.
To me appears close to images at Rubus nepalensis except for the colour of the flowers.
The flowers on this particular plant are a hermaphrodite, meaning it has both female and male flowers as per Wikipedia
Pl. check flower colours, if such details are available in your literature. I am unable to find these.

Not R.niveus as per:
Here is the key for genus Rubus from Flora Simlensis as per efi thread :
Flowers white
      Leaves simple, lobed....................................................................................R. paniculatus Smith
      Leaves compound
Lower surface of leaflets green, glabrous................................................R. macilentus Camb.
Lower surface of leaflets gray- or white-tomentose
Stem and branches shaggy, with long tawny bristles.........................R. ellipticus Smith
Stem and branches glabrous, covered with white bloom...................
R. biflorus
Flowers Pink, leaves compound
Leaflets 3, rarely 5; calyx lobes long pointed; druplets pink.........................R. niveus Wall (now correctly known as R. pedunculosus D. Don)
Leaflets 5-11, calyx lobes acute; drupelets black.........................................R. lasiocarpus Smith (now correctly known as R. niveus Thunb.)

This may also be Rubus foliolosus var racemosus (synonym for Rubus niveus Thunb.) as per keys in Flora of Chamoli as suggested by Ishwari ji's in another thread: Rubus niveus Thunb. as these images look different from those at Rubus pedunculosus
