Please ID wild plant, kind regards, Sam.
Location: Kolukkumalai Munnar Idukki Kerala INDIA
Altitude: 7200fsl
Flower date: 11OCT2024, 08.20pm
Habitat: wild moisture rocky evergreen misty sloppy canopied windy alpine 
Plant habit: small herb, branches obliquely, weak fleshy cylindrical hairy stem 03mm diameter, annual
Height: 01 feet
Leaves: dicot opposite elliptic acute flexible wavy hairy, size upto: 05×3cm
Flower: axillary panicle inflorescence, clustered, 04 petals, diameter:04mm, whitish, fragrant
Fruit: drupe green into brown
Seed: 
Camera: CANON EOS1500D +FL10x

Dear Saroj ji,
It is very close to Neanotis decipiens, thank you very much for ID my plant.

However, some of my observations are my plant is hairy, flowers not densely clustered, difference in panicle inflorescence, ie. not visible much flower stalks.

There seems to be some confusion in the following two species:
Neanotis indica as per GBIF specimen
Neanotis decipiens as per GBIF specimens (one, two, three).
Will keep it as Neanotis decipiens for the time being.

Although there some mixing up, leaves of N. indica are obtuse to acute with mostly shorter petioles, N. decipiens with acuminate leaves with longer petioles. In that sense
N. decipiens appears fitting better.
