Ophioglossum vulgatum is purely a European and African species.  It does not occur in India where it has been mistaken for O. rreticulatum and O. petiolatum.

Sorry, I did not see the photos you sent, and no locality was mentioned; "my house" is in which Country or State, at least?

This is O. reticulatum.

Various European species are still widely misreported in India, due to lack of familiarity with detailed Indian pteridophyte literature where they have been corrected so many times.
