Neanotis ¿ sahyadrica ?

Dear friends,

Believing it to be Neanotis species .... almost thought it to be N. sahyadrica, until dear Tabish pointed out as follows:

According to FFOS, the flowers are 4 stamens which remain inside the flower tube. In your picture, stamens distinctly protrude out of the flowers. It could be something else, although the flower-shape looks very much like a Neanotis. ...

Plant Habit : low-height herb ... Height : about 15 - 20 cm... Length : - NO -
Leaves Type : simple, oppositely arranged, soft, almost sessile ... Shape : narrow ovate, tapering towards both ends ... Size : do not recollect
Inflorescence Type : looks like umbel ... Size : about 10 - 15 cm
Flowers Size : about 1 cm ... Colour : white - lilac ... Calyx : do not know ... Bracts : do not know
Fruits Type : do not know ... Shape : do not know ... Size : do not know ... Seeds : do not know

Other Info : not able to make ot whether the leaf margin has very fine serrations.
Fragrance : did not smell ...  Pollinator : do not know ...  Uses : do not know

The original descriptions are not available for such plants absent in
Cooke's flora, stamens 'included' may have been based on the actual
specimen, however this plant IS N. sahyadrica in its type locality of
Malshej Ghat. The habitat and the season are also characteristic.
