Abelia x grandiflora 'Edward Goucher', the beautiful cultivar with pink flowers, broader corolla and two large sepals instead of regular 5. Photographed from Sunnyvale, California.

On further checking I found that this cultivar is a hybrid between A x grandiflora and A. schumannii, and as such can't bear the specific epithet of either. It would be better to call it Simply Abelia 'Edward Goucher'
