It was beautiful in its white flowers without leaves. In Vanasthalipuram N.P. in Hyderabad, A.P. on 4/4/08.

But I need some inputs from you all.......Garg ji's pictures in Wikipedia (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wrightia_tinctoria_in_Hyderabad_W2_...) have pubescens on leaves & inflorescence.

...here the corona is completely different from the posted picture here. And I have questions also about the distribution of W.pubescens in India (and MH).
