There was one more pic that was taken in the same 5 metre area but about 5 min earlier. So I am not sure if this is also the same species as the above 2 pics.

Thank you Garg ji for the IDs. The single image does look similar to that of  Sibbaldianthe bifurca subsp. orientalis.
The other 2 resemble P. pamirica.
