Hello friends
This was clicked at the Indian Botanic Garden (AJBC Garden) at Shibpur, Howrah, WB in December 2021.
Nameplate identified it as Mischodon zeylanicus.
I guess pics of thsi tree are already present in the efi database.
Luckily I observed it in the flowering stage.

Nice upload of a very distinct species under
Picrodendreae family. For the first time I am coming across this family.
