This is certainly not Pycnospora lutescens becuase it has simple leaves. P. lutescens is trifololiate species and its pods much resemble Crotalaria species.

Subject to: detail's such as height, indumentum, length of inflorescence, it's known presence in Andamans etc as many assumptions have been made in giving a specific id.

I think this is Desmodium heterocarpon subsp. ovalifolium as per Tropical forages and 
Desmodium heterocarpon subsp. Ovalifolium addition to the flora of India from South Andaman Islands, India- Mudavath Chenna Kesavulu Naik, Lal Ji Singh-
