Yes, it appears so.
Taxonomy seems confusing. 
However, FoPI keeps it separate as Pittosporum floribundum Wight & Arn. with a footnote regarding P.napaulense (in the book link).
POWO gives Pittosporum floribundum Wight & Arn. as a syn. of Pittosporum densiflorum Putt.
In eFloras, distribution is mainly given in the Himalayas for Pittosporum napaulense (de Candolle) Rehder & E. H. Wilson.
In view, I will change our South Indian observations at https://efloraofindia.com/2012/08/14/pittosporum-napaulense/ to Pittosporum densiflorum Putt.
