Yes Maesa sp., this shrub is quite common in Pithroragarh district.

Looks like Maesa argentea (Wall.) A. DC. (accepted name) but altitude 
is not matching .
Please validate.

I guess it should be Maesa montana A.DC. accrding to ther matching elevation.
