This is the problem with Oberonia. You cant make out if the plant is juvenile and flowering or its a mature plant, because all of them flower very nicely irrespective of their age. If I had to through a guess, then I would say josephii because the side lobes of the labellum is clrealy overarching one another with two font lobes with a gap in middle. Best regards Pankaj
