No sir, I think this is Peristylus calcaratus.
Here is a pic of tentaculatus, you can check the spur.

Sorry I have been so confused with this.
There is a prominent difference between three plants
Peristylus tentaculatus: scrotiform spur.
Peristylus calcaratus: spur is elongated and a bit angular with two lobed apex.
Peristylus aristatus: Slightly elongated but rounded apex.
Your plant and the plant on Bhakta's orchid book are Peristylus aristatus. Even my pics of P. tentaculatus and P. calcaratus are correctly identified but they are not similar to the plant shared by Saroj sir.
Sorry for inconvenience.

Dear Pankaj,

I guess you have validated later this as  Peristylus aristatus Lindl.  since the Peristylus calcaratus
is not listed in Nepal.

Could you please confirm??

Yes this should be Peristylus aristatus with that spur.
