Dear all,
Kindly help to identify this tree found at dry deciduous forest of Satyamangalam RF.
Alt: 1280 msl
I found only a single tree here.
Leaves are pinnate and .60M in length and the long slender fruits does not exceed a meter in length.

  It is Radermachera xylocarpa locally called Kharsing.

Yes, its a Radermachera xylocarpa

From your photographs it appears the tree is yet to  flower ( 08 Feb 10). 
efloraofindia  link says they start flowering by late Feb. 
We had observed the beautiful flowers of this tree in the month of April (2008.). Have a look.

Yes it is showing the characteristic pods. Flowers are white and somewhat similar to Heterophragma(Waras)

Working or sitting under this tree is considered harmful for body. The farmers in Indian state Chhattisgarh never allow this tree in field bund for this reason. (Source: CGBD database)
