Hi, Tabish ji,
Balanites aegyptiaca in FOI will be Balanites roxburghii (syn. B. aegyptiaca auct. non (L.) Del.) as per images and details herein.
Balanites aegyptiaca does not have any distribution in India as per POWO, BSI Flora of India and FoPI.
Pl. correct.
