Kindly identify this Orchid.Could this be a Bulbophyllum....? or Cirrhopetalum...??

 

Habit:Herb

 

Habitat:Epiphytic,Semi-evergreen forest

 

Sighting:Kottigehara,Chikmagalur,Karnataka,about 1200 msl

 

Date:21-01-2016

My gut feeling says that this is Bulbophyllum proudlockii.I request the experts to please examine with reference to the link http://florakarnataka.ces.iisc.ernet.in/hjcb2/herbsheet.php?id=3099&cat=1
