This plant, I think a grass species was observed on the sea coast of Ambolgad near Rajapur (Konkan Maharashtra).
The leaf blade is whitish green. It has creeping nature. Few inflorescence were also observed. It shared the habitat of Ipomoea biloba which is common on all sea coasts of India.
Requesting ID.
