Abrus precatorius (pods, seeds and creeper).

Common English Name : Crab-eyed Creeper
Sanskrit : Gunja
Hindi : Ratti
Haryanvi dialect : Chirmiti

There is a superstition associated with the seeds of this climber.
If you want to cause querrels between/among married couple/family members, throw a few seeds in their house.

Seeds, though toxic, are used in traditional medicine.

Satishji,

You are right... seeds are poisonous. But it's leaves and roots are used in Ayurvedic medicine.
It also called 'Rosary Pea' or 'Indian liquorica'.
It is from 'Leguminoceae' family (घराणे - शिम्बीवर्ग)
Sub family - Papilionaceae  (उपघराणे - अपराजितादि)

Regards,
~Swagat

Thank you Swagat ji and Satish ji for additional information.

An elderly villager got attracted when I was trying to get some photographs of this plant. On being enquired by him,  I pointed towards the seeds of 'Ratti' (in Haryanvi/Hindi name). He profusely thanked me and told me that he was searching for this climber  to make some medicines.
