"I have already identified it as a species of Cautleya sp. May be Cautleya gracilis. Flowering specimen is needed for confirmation.

I think it should be C. spicata as per keys at Taxonomic revision of the genus Cautleya (Zingiberaceae) in India with a description of a new variety (pdf)- Kizhakkethil AISHWARYA , Mamiyil SABU- Taiwania 66(1): 79‒88, 2021

Earlier identified by M Sabu as C. gracilis, but leaves are clearly petiolate in my photographs.
