Hi, Singh ji,

I think you are the best judge to decipher the keys in Flora of Pakistan (or if you want to follow your keys in books before revision by Levichev, Komarovia 1: 45-57. 1999) and decide.

Yes Garg ji, G. elegans (now G. lutea) is the closest match.
