Date/Time- Sep 2011

 

Location- Place, Altitude, GPS-Pune

 

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- Private society garden

 

Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb-  Tree

 

Height/Length-  about 40 feet i think

 

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size-green

 

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds red berries

 

Other home for plenty of birds bulbuls, owlets,hornbills, eagles, parrots, and many others

 Affirmative. This is a Banyan tree [Ficus benghalensis]. Have one on my property the photographs of which are in the archives of this group.

@ Neilji Thank you How do I find the archives of the group. I have joined recently. Also if I have to attach a link to a previous thread how do I do that I love Banyan trees. When I stand under its shade gives me great peace and calm.

Yes Ficus benghalensis with Syngonium variegata and Ficus benjamina
below on pots.
