This is neither Bambusa tuldoides Munro nor Bmbusa ventricosa McClure, I think. The culm sheath is similar to my upload of Bambusa vulgaris Schrad.

Bambusa vulgaris cv. 'Wamin''-- (Bambusa ventricosa and B.wamin are all cultivated varieties of B.vulgaris and do not deserve a species status. If planted in the wild, these bamboos sometimes revert to their non-bellied forms after a few years of new culm growth.
