This flower looks like Porcupine flower, Barleria
Barleria prionitis  

Prickly shrub, erect, has spines in the leaf base, 

Date/Time- Sep 2010
Location- Place, Altitude, GPS- Hampapura, Mysore district
Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- Garden fence, 
Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb- Shrub, spines in the leaf base, 
Height/Length- 60 cms, 
Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- length-Elliptic, 12cms, 6cms breadth
Inflorescence Type/ Size- 
Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- ~Yellow Orange, ~ 4.5cms
Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- no
Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.-
