Since Gurcharan Ji has reently posted some Gagea Species, I'm posting my pictures from Doodhpathri.
These were taken in April,2016.
Gurcharan Ji had suggested Gagea lutea.

Aarti ji, in FBI we had only 3 species of Gagea: G. lutea with lanceolate to linear  leaves and 3-6 subumbellate flowers, G. persica with lanceolate to linear leaves with numerous flowers and G. reticulata with filiform leaves and many flowers, and only one Llyodia serotina, which has now been merged with Gagea. Identifification was simple. Now per list compiled by me would have atleast 20 species in India (additional 16 from dry western borders of Pakistan), most new species and shiftings in last 20 years. G. lutea specimens may belong to G. elegans or  G. lowariensis, G. persica specimens may belong to G. rubinae, G. tenera, G. ova or G. gageoides, and G. reticulata may belong to G. pakistanica, G. rawalpindica or G. baluchistanica, plus several new species which have been carved out of Indian specimens of these species only.
A serious detailed study is needed before we can place our specimens correctly.

I think appears similar to Another species of Gagea for ID from Gulmarg Kashmir-GS08201903. Pl. see detailed discussions herein.
Pl. see high resolution specimen at GBIF, to which it appears close.
Also looks very close to specimens at Gagea elegans from Kashmir-GS08201906
