S. pentastemenoides would be an unlikely but not impossible record from East Sikkim.

This is definitely not Strobilanthes pentstemononoides - note the pubescent corolla.
I think it is Strobilanthes pubiflora J.R.I.Wood and is one of the first photos I have seen of this species, which is found in western Bhutan, Darjeeling and Sikkim.
