Hi!

Saw this small flowering shrub(?) in Nainital Zoo. Can someone pl tell
the name and give info about it?

flowers, blue coclor is a fashion in germany.

This is Hydrangea macrophylla, commonly known as Hydrangea. The
interesting feature of this plant is that you can change their color
simply by changing the acidity of the soil! Also, they have a very
long flowering period. In Manipuri, these flowers are called
Thaamaapansaapi Lei, meaning nine months blooming flowers. More
