Resembles Ludwigia,

Not matching. Here the fruit can help..missed the flower this season.
Found it as a weed not ornamental.

Two plants are there within the pic, one is a vegetative branch with opposite leaves and another one is the fruiting twig with alternate leaves,
Fruiting one is Ludwigia only,  its marshy or aquatic weed,

Going by the leaves, I will go by Ludwigia perennis L. as per comparative images at Ludwigia
