When looking for a hedging plant I found this hedge plant and am
taking cuttings from it. Which plant is it?

It is in Baharbari village, Dhabhra Panchayat, Jokihat Block, Araria
District, Bihar,
At Latitude longitude of 26.111015,87.654527.

I am sorry I don't have any flowers or berries.
