Is it the same species of Gentiana that I attached a photo below from Mizoram by M Sawmliana on April 12, 2024?

Location: Ukhrul, Manipur

Altitude: 1796.3m

Habit: herbs, 7 to 10 cm tall

This looks like Gentiana pedicellata (Wall. ex D.Don) Griseb. for me !
