It definitely appears to be closely related, but it differs in the less divided leaves with broader more obtuse leaves, few flowers and acute lateral lobes to the upper petal. Possibly best recognised as a new species.
It was, by the way, very informative to see all these pictures, especially when it comes to the capsule, which was less well described in the protologue and in FoC.
Do you know the locality? At only 1000 m, if it is in the Lohit valley it must be at least 40 km S of the border.
