The Malayalam name for Rungia crenata is പുനകപുല്ല്  Punakapullu, തവളതുമ്പ Thavalathumba.

But, Google Search do not yield any results for these words " പുനകപുല്ല് " and " തവളതുമ്പ "
You may please cite reference for these names, that will further help with bibliography.
