I think Navendu points to Ipomoea hedeifolia var lutea, but this is entirely different.

This looks like Ipomoea hedeifolia var lutea only, as Navendu points
out. The leaves are not always lobed.

Dear Garg ji,

This was seen on a wayside bush near Yelahanka in Bangalore. It is a recent entrant in that locality and probably a garden escape. 

I too think it is Ipomoea hederifolia var. lutea, as told by Navendu ji and others.
