Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb-  

 

Deciduous tree

Height/Length-

 

up to 6 m tall

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size-

 

simple, up to 30 cm long

Inflorescence Type/ Size-

 

not seen

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts-

 

not seen

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds-

To me also it is Pterygota alata syn Sterculia alata
as leaf morphology is exactly same

It does match with photographs in Trees of Delhi by Pradip Kishen
