Garg Ji,
Thanks for suggested id.
Our Euphorbiaceae experts, Balakrishnan Ji and Tapas Ji  should be able to give the correct id.

This is puzzling. There are two species with such 3-angled wings: E. trigona and E. tortilis. The former has such large leaves but the branches are not twisted as in the present case.
The branches are exact match with E. tortilis, but the leaves are much larger (leaves of E. tortilis are less than 1 cm in length). Thus, this might be a species unknown to us, either a new record or new species! Further studies are very desirable.
Kind regards,
Tapas.

In case there are five angles then E. neriifolia.

Dear All
This plant shows several vegetative characters of E. neriiolia L. It is probably a young plant of the species. I suggest you watch the plant's growth and compare the floral characters with those of the species as given in the revision of the genus in India. It is definitely not E. tortilis Rottler & Ainslie
